  • Shop at your own pace without pressure from commissioned real estate brokers. We will show you how to search, schedule and attend open houses by yourself.

  • Write down the name of your designated broker from MyFeeSimple as your agent for each property that you visit.

Step 2 – Know your numbers

  • If you plan to get a mortgage, you should get pre-approval letter so you know the maximum offer amount you will be able to make. Getting pre-approved is free and easy. 

  • For all-cash and mortgage offers, you’ll need to provide evidence that you have the funds necessary to complete the purchase. 

Step 3 - When you find the "One", create an offer through us

  • MyFeeSimple can help you make a data-driven decision about what kind of offer to make. You will work with our New York broker specialists to negotiate and make an offer on your behalf.

  • If your offer is accepted, we will work closely with you and manage the entire closing process.

  • We can refer you to highly-rated real estate lawyers, mortgage brokers and home inspectors upon request.

Step 4 – Complete the closing process and get paid for your diligence

  • We can help you find and schedule an inspector, and negotiate requests for repairs and communicate with seller to assist with any other issues that may arise.
