Write down the name of your designated broker from MyFeeSimple as your agent for each property that you visit.
Step 2 – Know your numbers
If you plan to get a mortgage, you should get pre-approval letter so you know the maximum offer amount you will be able to make. Getting pre-approved is free and easy.
